Solution to Puzzle 67.  TURNING COINS

It would take four moves to turn over the coins so that all the coins would be tail side up.  The table below represents one possible sequence of moves.  Blue represent heads, and red represents tails.  Each row represents a move.  Follow the sequence of moves below until all the coins are tail side up.
