GO

Go is a board game originated in China thousands of years ago.  It is now very popular in both China and Japan.  Go is played on a board having a grid of 19 horizontal lines and 19 vertical lines.  It is played by two players.  The player who plays first has 181 white stones, and the other player has 180 black stones.  Each player takes turn placing his stone on the intersections of the lines on the board.  The object of the game is to surround as many territories as possible using one's stone.
